INFORMATIVA AI SENSI DEL DECRETO LEGGE 30/6/2003 N.196 (PRIVACY)
La legge sulla privacy prescrive a favore di quelli che forniscono propri dati una serie di diritti sul trattamento di detti dati. La informiamo pertanto che:

il trattamento dei dati personali e/o sensibili fornitici in relazione al rapporto in oggetto è finalizzato unicamente per le finalità in base alle quale Ella ha fornito i suoi dati con relativi necessari risvolti ai fini contabili e fiscali, ove richiesto per Legge, nell’eventualità di instaurazione di un rapporto commerciale;

la gestione dei dati personali e/o sensibili avverrà presso la Sede amministrativa della nostra società, indicata sul nostro sito con indicazione anche del personale responsabile di tale servizio cui fare riferimento, con l'utilizzo di procedure anche informatizzate, nei modi e nei limiti necessari per perseguire le predette finalità;

con gli stessi limiti di cui sopra, i dati potranno essere comunicati ad altre società del nostro gruppo che operano in sinergia e/o uffici finanziari, sempre ove richiesto per Legge;

dei dati forniti potranno venire a conoscenza i titolari e i responsabili dell’amministrazione, tutti informati in merito ai limiti imposti dalla Legge per il trattamento dati;

la conoscenza dei dati è necessario per le finalità per le quali sono richiesti e la loro mancata indicazione comporta l'impossibilità di avvio del rapporto richiesto;

agli interessati sono riconosciuti i diritti di cui all'articolo 7 della Legge in oggetto e in particolare il diritto di accedere ai propri dati personali e/o sensibili, di chiederne la rettifica, l'aggiornamento e la cancellazione, se incompleti, erronei o raccolti in violazione della legge, nonché di opporsi al loro trattamento per motivi legittimi, rivolgendo richiesta al titolare o al responsabile dell’amministrazione che cura il trattamento.
L’inoltro dei dati richiesti significa acconsentire al trattamento dei dati personali anche sensibili, anche ai fini della loro comunicazione a terzi con i limiti sopraindicati.

The
privacy law prescribes a series of rights regarding the treatment of
personal information, to those who provide this information

The treatment of
personal information and/or sensitive information regarding the subject
matter, is solely for the purpose for which one has provided these details,
for accounting and fiscal purposes (when required by Law), for the possible
beginning of a business relationship.

The treatment of
personal information and/or sensitive information will take place in our
company’s administration office, whose address can be found on our web
site. The site also indicates what part of the staff is responsible for
this job and to which one must refer to, using computerised procedures
within the necessary boundaries and methods to pursue their objectives.

Within the same
limits mentioned above, the information may be communicated to the other
firms of our group that operate in synergy and/or financial offices, if
required by law.

Owners and
Administration Managers, are the only people to which the information is
given. They may be informed thanks to the limits established by the
treatment of personal data, law.

The knowledge of
the data is necessary for the purposes for which they have been requested
and not providing these details will result in the impossibility of
establishing the requested relationship.

Article 7 of the
law provides those involved, with several rights and in particular provides
them with the right to have access to their own personal information and/or
sensitive information, to ask for the correction, updating and cancellation,
if incomplete, wrong or gathered by violation of law. They also have the
right to object to the treatment of the information for legitimate reasons,
upon the owners’ request or the request of those in charge of administration
and those who treat the data.
The
forwarding of the requested information means agreeing with the treatment of
personal data and sensitive data, and with the communication of the data to
a third party, within the above limits.
